At Maison Cookware + Bakeware, we want you to be completely satisfied with your culinary tools. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused cookware in its original branded box, ensuring all protective inserts are in place to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
